Shipping policy
Your event is in the calendar. Your dress should be on its way. Here's exactly what to expect when you order with us.
Complimentary Shipping
Every order over $150 ships free across Australia — no exceptions. Under $150, a flat rate applies at checkout. All prices are in AUD.
When We Get to Work
We process orders Monday to Friday. Place yours before 8:00 PM AEST and we start that same day. After 8:00 PM, we're on it first thing the next business day.
Your Delivery Timeline
Handling: 1-2 business days | Transit: 3-7 business days | Total: 4-9 business days
*Public holidays and severe weather can occasionally add a day or two — nothing within our control, but we'll always be a message away if something feels off.
Tracking Your Order
Once your order is dispatched — within 1–2 days of placing it — you'll receive a tracking link by email. Allow up to 24 hours for the courier's system to update, then you can follow it all the way to your door.
Need to Make a Change?
Because we move quickly, the window to update your address or cancel an order is short. Reach out to us immediately at sales@lilyandrosemelbourne.com.au and we'll do everything we can.
Once an order has entered processing or been dispatched, we're unable to make changes — it means your dress is already on its way.
If Something's Not Right
If your order hasn't arrived within the aforementioned range, please get in touch. We'll track it down and make it right.
